R&L Lewis Boer Goats
In the early 1990's I attended a sale in South Texas and witnessed the beginning of the Boer Goat industry.The
little half Boer babies sold like hot cakes and thus began my journey. Not knowing very much about goats in those days I experienced
all the trials and harships that many other newcomers to an industry can experience. Predators pretty much wiped me out those
first years. After a period of time I decided to start anew. Boer goats are fantastic animals to raise for show,as well as
to eat. It is exciting to be a part of this growing industry, and I am looking forward to a great future.
As a small producer, I am striving to raise quality animals with excellent bloodlines in my traditional herd and my non
